COMMUNITY RELATIONS SERVICES FACILITATOR
Volunteer Facilitator | October 2018
• Volunteering with DC Peace Team and the Department of Justice, I facilitated two breakout dialogues with 24 middle schoolers on challenges and solutions to gang violence at their school as part of a larger group facilitation of 60 students
• In a roundtable discussion with faculty, I shared student perceptions of the inability of teachers to keep them safe and their solutions. Direct communication on my part opened teachers to see the students as peers who could deliver innovative solutions despite their age.

FRIENDS OF MONGOLIA
USA Co-Director (Volunteer Position)Â |Â July 2018 - Present
• Coordinated M&E impact analysis, event planning, funding, report writing, donor relations and NGO documentation for a volunteer-led organization dedicated to maintaining educational scholarships and small grants opportunities for underserved communities in Mongolia
• Chaired monthly, multi-national board and officer meetings of 5-10 people remotely through tele-conference and delegated specific teams for relevant tasks

INTERNATIONAL REPUBLICAN INSTITUTE
Senior Program Associate | 2016-2017
• Managed the operational, technical and financial portfolios of 3 USAID, NED and GAC development programs aimed at civil society capacity building and good governance, including M&E of programs and training facilitation
• Sustained a 2.5 M USD grant and created budget templates utilized by the program and created a cost-share capture plan  that amassed 100,000 USD in in-kind donations
• Wrote, edited and created infographics for 4 qualitative reports

PEACE CORPS VOLUNTEER
Govi Altai, Mongolia | 2014-2016
• Spearheaded a national disabilities awareness and outreach campaign on accessible education for youth with disabilities, and organized a short documentary that was nationally broadcasted and reached at least 200,000 people
• Won two grants totaling $6000 from USAID and Peace Corps for the translation and printing of 1,000 social integration and education toolkits for children with disabilities into Mongolian (two volumes) to empower vulnerable communities
• Built the capacity of 8 English language teachers through team-teaching, seminars, lectures and tutoring
• Trained in local stakeholder engagement, needs assessment and project planning; initiated 3 different projects with local partners that addressed community need, including sustaining a local center to educate children with disabilities
